The millennial generation is one of the most scrutinised generations in history and given that they are the future consumers it’s vitally important for marketers to understand their behaviour, needs and wants to deliver relevant communications to them.

There is the assumption that millennials are on their smart phones all the time and have little or no face to face interaction with anyone! However, that is far from the truth.
