Academy: Developing key leadership skills

Concluding our programme, we work on individual management styles and how to motivate and create award winning teams.
Host: Georgina Field, ex Head of European Marketing for Aberdeen Asset Management.
Alongside developing marketing skills the Fund Marketing Academy aims to develop members by providing leadership mentoring and key personal skills to showcase your talent. By the end of the final day, one should understand how to manage your key stakeholders from MD to sales, present in the boardroom and reflect on what you want to achieve next.
